A full passenger load with large cases may need a different arrangement from the same group with cabin bags. Tell us about hard golf cases, wheelchairs and oversized luggage rather than relying on a vehicle photograph to judge the space.
Keep the group organised
Use one lead contact and share the confirmation with everyone. If people arrive on different flights, list each flight and explain whether the group will wait or travel separately. The booking form shows the published group pricing; unusual loads or split pickups need confirmation.

Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
