Use the cruise line’s check-in and all-aboard instructions. Add the road journey and a margin rather than assuming a flight arrival guarantees you can reach the ship in time. Ask the cruise line about suitable flight connections before purchasing.
Keep the pickup details current
For collection after a cruise, confirm where vehicles may meet passengers and how luggage collection affects your exit. Send schedule changes promptly. A cruise-port journey needs its own quote; it is not covered by a standard nearby-hotel airport fare.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
