If the terminal changes
Let PUJ RIDE know where you actually arrived. Send a nearby sign or exit landmark if the meeting location is unclear. Remain in an identifiable spot while the pickup is clarified rather than moving between terminals and making the handoff harder.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
