Ask whether security needs a driver name, visitor authorisation or a specific gate. Arrange that access before pickup. If the vehicle cannot enter, agree a meeting point that everyone can reach with their bags.
Make the return just as clear
Confirm the departure pickup location with your host and PUJ RIDE. Be ready at the agreed entrance, with checkout finished. If the property has several similar buildings, send a photo or building identifier rather than expecting the driver to find you from the map pin alone.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
