Keep the booking accurate
Send changes to flights, hotels or passenger numbers as they happen. For a short-notice journey, ask whether the required vehicle can be arranged before relying on a form submission. Keep the final confirmation accessible for the person leading the group.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
