Describe the practical requirements
Share the chair’s dimensions, whether it folds, and whether you can transfer to a vehicle seat. Include other mobility equipment and the number of companions. Ask explicitly about ramps, lifts or securement if needed; do not assume a standard van has them.
Confirm assistance at both ends
Airport assistance is arranged with the airline or airport, while the road transfer needs its own confirmation. Tell us about steps or access restrictions at your accommodation. Book only once the required vehicle and assistance have been confirmed for your specific journey.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
