Confirm the seat arrangement
Ask which seat type can be supplied and whether it suits your child’s size. Availability should be confirmed explicitly; adding a note to a booking is not the same as receiving confirmation. If bringing your own seat, mention that too.
Allow space for family luggage
Suitcases, pushchairs and travel cots can fill a vehicle before its passenger seats are full. Send a realistic bag count and flag bulky items. Keep drinks and essentials in a small bag you can reach without opening every suitcase at pickup.

Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
