Set up before you travel
Check that your phone supports the eSIM you choose and is unlocked if required. Read the activation instructions and data allowance before buying. Keep a screenshot of the meeting point and contact number as a backup.
Make the first message useful
Once connected, send your booking name and let us know when you have your bags. If you are unsure where to meet, include your terminal and a nearby sign. Avoid sending passport details over an unfamiliar network when a simple booking reference will do.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
