# Villa pickup: the pin is only the start

PUJ RIDE travel guide

## Direct answer

For a villa or gated residence, send the map pin, property name and entrance instructions. A street address can lead to the development without telling the driver which security gate or building to use.

Prices are one-way, per vehicle, taxes included, 1–6 passengers. 7–14 passengers move to a van: Standard +20 / VIP +40 on local zones. Private only — no shared seats, no night surcharge, no prepayment to hold. Rate list updated September 2026.

## Check access with your host

Ask whether security needs a driver name, visitor authorisation or a specific gate. Arrange that access before pickup. If the vehicle cannot enter, agree a meeting point that everyone can reach with their bags.

## Make the return just as clear

Confirm the departure pickup location with your host and PUJ RIDE. Be ready at the agreed entrance, with checkout finished. If the property has several similar buildings, send a photo or building identifier rather than expecting the driver to find you from the map pin alone.
