# Get the wedding group there without the guesswork

PUJ RIDE travel guide

## Direct answer

Start with a shared arrival list: names, flights, dates, hotels and a lead contact. A wedding group is easier to move when each vehicle assignment is based on real arrival times and luggage.

Prices are one-way, per vehicle, taxes included, 1–6 passengers. 7–14 passengers move to a van: Standard +20 / VIP +40 on local zones. Private only — no shared seats, no night surcharge, no prepayment to hold. Rate list updated September 2026.

## Separate airport legs from event transport

Guests arriving on different flights may need separate rides. Ceremony, dinner and late-night return transport should have their own schedule and quote. Include child seats, accessibility needs and anyone bringing bulky wedding items.

## Give guests one clear plan

Share meeting instructions and the contact number before they fly. Confirm who will report flight changes and who approves itinerary changes. Avoid assuming that a vehicle booked for an airport transfer remains available for the entire celebration.
