## Direct answer

Send PUJ RIDE your new flight details as soon as a delay, cancellation or rebooking changes the journey. The most useful update includes the flight number, date and revised arrival airport.

Prices are one-way, per vehicle, taxes included, 1–6 passengers. 7–14 passengers move to a van: Standard +20 / VIP +40 on local zones. Private only — no shared seats, no night surcharge, no prepayment to hold. Rate list updated September 2026.

## A delay is different from a new flight

Your original flight number helps with tracking. A replacement flight may have a new number, arrive the following day or land at another airport. Share the actual new itinerary rather than only saying the plane is late.

## Wait for a revised confirmation

If you are rebooked to Santo Domingo or La Romana, the route and price need to be reviewed. Confirm the new pickup before travelling. Once you land, follow the latest meeting instructions and contact us if baggage or entry formalities create a further delay.
